Yogurt and Chilli-Garlic Pork Pinchitos
2 lbs Pork Loin, in 1 1/2" cubes
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of palm oil
2 large scoops of Tiu Chieu Sate (Ground Chilli Garlic Oil)
(be sure to include the garlic and chile grinds
1 cup of bulgarian yogurt
1/3 cup of naranja agria (bitter orange juice)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and allow pork to macerate for at least 1 hour (ideally overnight). Grill as kebabs.
